Fears can be classified into two main categories: specific phobias, which are intense and irrational fears of specific things or situations, and social phobias, which are intense fears of social situations or being judged by others.
Fears can be a normal response to a dangerous or potentially harmful situation, but when a fear becomes intense or irrational and interferes with your daily life, it may be classified as a phobia.
Hypnosis can help you overcome your fears by addressing the underlying emotional and psychological causes and triggers of the fear. Hypnosis will allow you to become more open to new ideas and ways of thinking.

Online treatments are via Zoom (with End-to-end Encryption), online sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. You should have access to a reliable phone line or internet, in case we lose connection, we will have a plan b ready to go.
In Person
In-person sessions take place at 85 Wimpole St, London, W1G 9RJ, in a tranquil, secure, and relaxing setting where positive change for the future is possible.
You can book one session or a block of 3 or 6 sessions.
